Experience
Dr Atul Gattani completed his post-graduation in Internal Medicine from prestigious Government Medical College Nagpur, subsequently he got trained in rheumatology and immunology from one of the best institutes acclaimed nationally and internationally Christian Medical College Vellore. During his training he gained vast experience of treating different type of Arthritis and Autoimmune conditions.
He has established his practice in Navi Mumbai, to start with full time practice in Rheumatology in the city of Navi Mumbai in year 2010 at all leading private hospitals and soon established his own center in the same field. He has a teaching experience as a teacher in internal medicine at Grant Medical College Mumbai and Terna Hospital Navi Mumbai.
His research interests are LUPUS, VASCULITIS, SPONDYLOARTHRITIS, SOCIAL IMPACT OF RHEUMATIC DISEASES and PERSONALISED MEDICINE IN RHEUMATLOGY. Being a believer of holistic medicine, he gives special attention in treating and understanding patient rather than disease. Because he believes, many a times disease get treated but patients are left untreated.
He is also a professional Yoga practitioner and teacher; he strongly feels that patient should have active life by doing Yoga and Exercise and should have a good natural defense mechanism and strong mind through Meditation and Yoga.
